Sweet and Sour Chilli Chicken Noodles

2 tsp oil
4 Chicken breast chopped into 2cm strips
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp black pepper (cracked pref)
1 chilli de seeded chopped more if you like it hot
2 cloves of garlic crushed
2cm ginger grated
2 tbsp honey or sweet chilli sauce
1 brown onion cut into orange segments
1 green pepper sliced
1 packet thin noodles

Marinate chicken in half the soy sauce half the white wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, chilli and black pepper for minimum 15 mins. Meanwhile boil a saucepan of water and cook noodles according to the packet usually 3-4 mins, drain and wash with cold water. Set aside noodles. Heat oil in wok or frying pan and cook chicken for 5 mins or until golden. Add honey and rest of soy sauce and white wine vinegar, fry and coat for 2 mins. Add the onions and green peppers and fry for a further 1 min. Add noodles and heat through. Serve immediately.
